Rates: working Tower Hamlets residents pay £27.20 for 09:00–17:00 or £30.30 for 08:00–18:00. Eligible working residents receiving working tax credits pay £21.72 or £24.20 respectively. Eligible non-working residents receiving benefits pay £9.80 for 09:00–17:00. Out-of-borough residents pay £70 for 08:00–18:00. Proof is required for subsidised rates.
