How we check club details

We use published information to help you compare holiday clubs. Details can change, so the provider’s current programme and booking conditions are the final reference.

Where the information comes from

We check provider websites and booking pages, alongside relevant venue and council listings. Programme pages link to the provider. Images, logos and short descriptions identify their sources where shown. A provider description describes the organisation; it does not confirm the activities at every venue or on every date.

What “not verified yet” means

“We haven’t verified an October 2026 programme yet” means we do not currently have confirmed programme details for that holiday at that venue. It does not mean the club has cancelled, that bookings are closed, or that places are available.

Dates and available places are different

A published programme window does not prove that a club runs on every day within it. Where individual dates are known, search compares those dates. Availability may apply to a particular session or programme, rather than every child and day.

“Booking not yet open” refers to a published future opening. An opening date does not guarantee that places will remain when you book. Where current availability is unclear, we ask you to check with the provider.

Ages and school years

We compare published age limits and school-year restrictions. School-year collection pages cover both typical ages in the year group. If your child is outside their usual year group, use their actual age and school year in search. Matching an age range does not guarantee a place or that siblings join the same activity group.

Prices and funded places

We show published prices with their units, such as per day or per week. Extended care and discounts can have separate conditions. A funded place is not automatically available to every family: check the provider’s eligibility and booking requirements.

Updates and check dates

We refresh information as sources are checked and new programme details are published. When displayed, a check date applies to the named information, such as price or availability. It is not a claim that every detail or every session was verified at that time.

What our checks do not cover

Clubhome does not inspect providers, guarantee places, or provide safeguarding approval or accreditation. Contact the provider directly about accessibility, staffing, safeguarding and your child’s needs.

If information differs from the provider’s latest page, use the provider’s current details before making a booking.
